All orders placed online are guaranteed to be processed within 12 hours and shipped either the same (if placed before 4:00 pm EST) or next business day from our facility in Central New York State.  Case lots may be drop shipped from DWG International in Las Vegas, or from their warehouse in Michigan City Indiana.   We ship our orders using one of three carriers, as selected by the customer: FedEx, UPS or USPS.         Shipping Charge Breakdown All of our shipping charges are calculated real time, once the customer has begun the check-out process. All basic ground shipping quotes from the carier's do not include a Signature Release for the shipment. We've shipped quite a bit though these carriers without the optional Signature Release and have had good luck. We've decided to carry this forward in order to save you, our customer, some money. The customer is encouraged to verify all shipping charges from either the FedEx, USP or USPS Website (get a quote using a shipper ZIP code of 14850 to your ZIP code. The shipping weight of a 32oz classic with pump is 2.8 lbs, in a 5 x 5 x 10 inch box). As of July 1, 2004, we're only adding an extra dollar to cover the costs of the box, tape, packing peanuts, packing slip pouch, paper, and travel expenses to drop the shipment off at the carrier. We know that other sites on the internet use PayPal (which is what our old store used to be). They have two methods of charging for shipping - flat rate based on the total cost of the order, or a percentage. Using these methods - you either grossly undercharge, or grossly overcharge. So, We're not by any means making money (or even trying to) on the shipping costs, we're just trying to break even. Important Shipping Information Be sure to add your company name to the order! This will save you a several dollars in shipping. If your company name is omitted, you will pay the 'Home Delivery' charge rather than the commercial rate.

Returns Policy
